Bringing Quality to the Territory: 7Cento Vesuviano

In the heart of the Miglio d’Oro, right next to the evocative Archaeological Park of Herculaneum, the crew of the TV show “SIGNORI SI PARTE – Treni storici in giro per l’Italia” was warmly welcomed by Francesco and his family at their elegant B&B, 7Cento Vesuviano.

The program, produced by the production company DirAmare and hosted by journalist Stefania Capobianco, is created in partnership with the FS Italiane Foundation, part of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group. Starting Sunday, June 29 at 11:45 AM on LA7, the host—joined by special guest Luigi Cantamessa, General Director of the FS Italiane Foundation and CEO of FS Treni Turistici Italiani—will showcase an authentic Italy, traveling aboard historic trains.

And when it comes to authenticity, the project brought to life by Francesco and his family is a true example. Upon retirement, they chose to breathe new life into an abandoned apartment, transforming it into a gem of hospitality: thus was born 7Cento Vesuviano, a B&B that fits perfectly into the historical and cultural fabric of the area.

The property is part of an 18th-century villa overlooking Corso Resina, the boulevard once chosen during the Bourbon era as the site for the elegant Vesuvian Villas, just a stone’s throw from the Royal Palace of Portici.

After a meticulous restoration, the B&B now welcomes guests in four rooms—some on two levels—each inspired by one of the four natural elements and decorated in a modern style that harmonizes beautifully with original historical features, such as the ancient flooring. Completing the experience is a stunning panoramic terrace from which to watch the sun set over the sea.

7Cento Vesuviano also enjoys a strategic location, ideal for those wishing to explore Naples, the archaeological sites of Herculaneum and Pompeii, Mount Vesuvius, or the Sorrento and Amalfi Coasts.

A stay that brings together history, beauty, and authenticity—just like “SIGNORI SI PARTE – Treni storici in giro per l’Italia”, which aims to share the stories of those, like Francesco, who have chosen to restore value to their land through hospitality and culture.
